Is it true that Portland is among the top Five hippest places ever? - portland hostel
I was recently intrigued to Portland and they said it was one of the largest ever hipster Mecca of hip. Is it true?
I have also heard that it dances EVERYWHERE.
When I come to visit, what I do and where should I live? (Preferably a hostel comes highly recommended.)
PS: Portland Ultra hip is not a bad thing for me.

If your idea of "hip" is a group of children from white middle class who think because they wear hemp clothing is bohemian and drink fair trade coffee, Portland is right for you.
Otherwise not.
At least a dozen cities in the United States with better nightlife in Portland (which is probably a list that the northern neighbor) Seattle.
