INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 / 2 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons molasses
1 teaspoon mustard
1 cup ketchup
1 / 2 cup cold water
Tea 1 tsp corn starch
NOTES
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry onions until they are soft and golden brown. Add garlic. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, molasses and mustard. Cook, stirring for 5 minutes, stir it so long in tomato sauce, cold water and cornstarch. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking 10 minutes, until thickened.
